'Tis the season

Most people mark the onset of Fall by noting the seasonal change in trees, or which way the geese are flying... maybe the chill in the air, or certain smells and sounds associated with harvesting the surrounding fields.
In my area, the biggest marker for Fall is classic cars.
It's time for the annual ACD (Auburn Cord Duesenberg) festival and that means you can (and will) see those great old cars in just about every parking lot.
The bank, hotels, restaurants...everywhere.
It's kind of neat and never really gets boring to see them. Some come early and stay for the month of September. Some people have their cars shipped over from Europe and it's wild to see them driving behind a steering wheel on the "wrong" side.
The spousal unit and the Mini unit have volunteered to work one of the concession stands for her high school band.
