The question now is which?
I've come across someone who does custom bolt jewelling and he's shown me a few of the traditional looks that initially got me hooked on this idea:

Just to name a few.
Then there's a twist...
He wants to start experimenting with some designs and come up with some completely unique looks that will set his work apart from the rest. The one that he sent me today is stunning.
It's almost 3-D in appearance and has a snakeskin like quality. He said only two lines show in the action window, but he's getting a smaller tool so that ultimately three will show. So far, I love this one best:

Please feel free to comment with your opinions as it will be about a month before he's set up to do round bolts (which is what mine happens to be) and I'd like to get some input from people who aren't so "close to the project".

Take a closeup photo of the bolt in your rifle. I think I could form a better opinion if I could see just exactly what is going to be exposed.
Dan,
I sent an email, but here are close ups (minus the serial #! Heh!) of the bolt in question:

I see...That is a pretty small area that is exposed, I think that the extra row, smaller jewels would look nicer. I have tinkered with the idea of trying it myself with my Ruger M77/22 someday, but I have enough projects on the table right now.
Off topic, made it to the range today with my Mark 3, all accurized with VQ sear, hammer, grips, etc. What a tack driver.
