Moody

Did you ever just have the feeling that something is missing, but you just don’t know what?
Sort of like the feeling that you’re walking out the door knowing that you’ve forgotten something, but your mental checklist says it’s all there.
Maybe stir that up with some unfounded anxiety over something you can’t even put a name to…That’s me lately. I don’t know what’s up with that. I’m distracted, absentminded, restless…something. It’s almost like a “troubled” feeling, but I can’t say over what.

I do feel like this at times. Once in a while I will get into a mild funk with no real good reason. I am used to it though and just shake it off and move on. Knowing this I have decided to lower my alcohol intake as well, limiting myself to only two servings per 24 hours, this has also helped a lot.

Yea, I feel troubled a lot lately. Attribute it to a a combination of the economy, POTUS, congress, and family matters. Distracts me a bunch....

Thanks guys. I was kind of feeling all alone in it. I guess it's not just me...

Age may have something to do with it. But since you are in your late twenties let's rule that one out.

Feeling defenseless could be it. But you are well armed.

My advice is to consume comfort food like a hot bowl of venison chili. But you're a vegetarian.

Hmmm...

So I suggest when you feel badly start drinking heavily.

Usually works for me : )

I get that too...that 'something is missing' feeling.
Sooner or later, I open the gun safe, see the holes that I need fill in order to have a well-rounded armory, and all stands explained.
A day at the range helps some, usually. We don't call it 'recoil therapy' for nothing :-D
