Today, Montana has signed into power a revolutionary law. Montana now has a law defying the reach of the federal government pertaining to firearms!
If it’s manufactured in Montana for sale and use inside Montana, the federal laws have no applicability since they can only control commerce across state lines.
Our government fears an armed citizenry and will try every back door and loophole they can think of to confiscate every piece they can get their hands on.
Good job, Montana!! We’re on YOUR side!!

I knew I loved Montana! I live in Utah and have already called my legislators urging Utah to follow suit. States Rule. Feds Drool.
