In this entry I talked about making the journey to go to the "big show". There's always a wrench in the works that brings you to a fork in the road, isn't there?
Well, mine is that now I was given the choice between:
"A" - Travel to the show with no guarantee of having anything to show for it other than a gas/food/trinket debt and 6 hours of drive time round trip.
Or
"B" - Drive half that distance and have the whole fam take a basic shooting class together to maybe be a refresher to me and bring them up to speed so we can all move on to some tactical/personal protection instruction (together) next.
Argh.
You know what? Even if those shows stop happening at some point, it won't be any time soon. I'm picking my NRA guy teaching my fam.

not much choice - family first . Brilliant decision if you ask me .
